Help, I can't log in

At the beginning of every session with ZiftMarcom, you will provide credentials to access your account and perform the tasks you wish to complete. 

These error messages may appear if you are having trouble logging in.

  • Please enter your email address.
  • Please enter a password.
  • Invalid password or email.
  • This account has been locked. 2017-03-10_login.png

If you try to log in 10 times without success, you will be locked out of the account. 

You can contact your system administrator, wait one hour for the system to clear the error or contact support@ziftsolutions.com. Note that the one hour begins with the last attempt to log in.
